Lolitas Bistro began with Chef Maita Fernandez’s passion for food and hospitality. She had the idea of creating a restaurant offering a unique and casual fine-dining experience in a warm and inviting atmosphere with fresh and grade quality ingredients in each and every dish. After much hard work and refining the concept, the restaurant came to open its doors in North Laredo TX in September of 2012.
The neighborhood bistro boats a sunny dining room and an outdoor garden patio serving lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. It offers International fare with a Latino twist and is the perfect spot for a quaint night out. It also features an array of singular crafted cocktails made fresh from scratch to order. The restaurant is locally owned and operated by Chef Maita Fernandez.
